She checks her blood pressure at home

The nation watched as the mother of renowned longevity doctor Dr. Peter Attia struggled with dangerously high blood pressure.

She tried everything.

Blood pressure medication every morning, cutting back on salt, changing her diet, walking every day.

Even so, the numbers on her blood pressure monitor kept climbing.

“It wasn’t just the readings. It was the pounding headaches in the morning, the dizzy spells, the swollen ankles, and that constant fear every time the cuff tightened around my arm.”

But after discovering this simple trick, everything changed for her.

Her blood pressure went from 168/102 to 118/76, and for the first time in 10 years, her readings stopped jumping every time she checked them.

So if you’ve already tried medication, cutting salt, exercising, and every other piece of advice for high blood pressure but your numbers are still higher than they should be, you need to see what she discovered.

And the man who helped her uncover it was her own son:

Dr. Peter Attia.

But according to this story, it wasn’t until he watched his own mother’s blood pressure keep rising despite doing “everything right” that he began investigating what conventional treatment might be missing.

What he found led to an exclusive interview with award-winning health journalist Rebecca Morgan, where he explained the protocol his mother began following.

Dr. Attia, millions of Americans take blood pressure medication every single day, yet many of them still struggle with readings like 150, 160, even 170. What did you discover while trying to help your mother?

Dr. Attia

Most people are told that high blood pressure is simply caused by age, genetics, stress, or eating too much salt.

But that explanation never fully accounted for what I was seeing.

My mother had already changed her diet.

She was active.

She took her medication exactly as prescribed.

And her pressure was still climbing.

That’s when I began looking at another factor that most people never hear about:

Arterial Cement.

According to the presentation, tiny microplastic particles enter your bloodstream through food, water, air, synthetic fibers, and packaging.

And every time your heart beats, those particles can irritate and damage the inner lining of your arteries.

Your body responds by producing fibrin — the same sticky material it uses to seal a wound.

But because the irritation keeps happening, the fibrin keeps accumulating.

Then it begins trapping calcium.

Fat.

And more microplastic.

Until it hardens into a thick, rigid buildup researchers in the presentation call:

Arterial Cement.

When this builds up inside the body, the arteries can lose their ability to relax normally.

So the heart has to push harder to move the same amount of blood through them.

That’s why you can take medication that temporarily lowers the reading…

without correcting the reason the pressure keeps coming back.

And over time, that can show up as pounding headaches, dizziness, fatigue, swollen ankles or sometimes no obvious symptoms at all.

We’ve been seeing this “Sardinian Arterial Flush Ritual” everywhere lately.

Is that what you showed your mother?

Dr. Peter Attia during the interview

Dr. Attia

That’s what first caught my attention.

While researching populations with unusually healthy cardiovascular markers, I noticed something strange about Sardinia, one of the world’s famous Blue Zones.

Many people there were eating foods Americans with high blood pressure are told to avoid.

Cheese.

Wine.

Meat.

And yet their arteries appeared to remain unusually flexible.

So I started looking at what they were consuming regularly.

And one ingredient kept appearing:

a rare bitter honey made from the Corbezzolo plant.

But the important part wasn’t simply consuming the honey.

Researchers found that this specific Sardinian honey worked very differently when combined with three other compounds:

Cannonau grape extract, rich in resveratrol and polyphenols…

Vitamin K2-MK7, traditionally associated with Pecorino Sardo…

and a specialized endothelial renewal complex designed to help protect the artery from new microplastic damage.

Together, the presentation claims they attack the problem in several stages:

First, they help break apart the fibrin-calcium-plastic buildup already coating the artery.

Then they help restore the vessel’s ability to expand and relax normally.

Then they redirect excess calcium away from the arterial wall.

And finally, they help neutralize new microplastic particles before they can damage the artery again.

That’s why researchers called it:

The Arterial Flush Ritual.

Once my mother began following the protocol, the readings on her monitor started changing.

She told me that for the first time in years, she could put the cuff on without already expecting another frightening number.

Can anyone try this at home?

Dr. Peter Attia during the interview

The ingredients themselves are natural.

The problem is that most people use the wrong type, the wrong amount, or combine them in the wrong way.

Regular supermarket honey is not the same thing as Sardinian bitter Corbezzolo honey.

A generic grape extract doesn’t necessarily contain the same profile as Cannonau.

And most people have no idea that the MK7 form of vitamin K2 or the endothelial protection component even matter.

So I put together a short video explaining exactly what we discovered — including the specific Sardinian honey, the Cannonau extract, the exact form of K2, and the protective step that has to happen if you want to stop new microplastic from rebuilding the same arterial cement.
